[SANDBOX] - Reset Pre-Warmup Data

/sandbox/pre-warmup/reset

Deletes all sandbox domain, mailbox, and subscription records for the given user. Call this between test runs to restore a clean state. Cart orders are kept as an audit trail (they carry no financial impact at $0). Idempotent — returns zero counts if no sandbox records exist.

Notes

CartOrders are preserved. They serve as a history of sandbox activity and carry no financial impact since they are priced at $0.

Idempotent. If the user has no sandbox records, all counts return 0 and no error is thrown.

Re-ordering after reset starts fresh — new domain, mailbox, and subscription rows are created with new IDs and newly generated passwords.
